Our class offering has something for every home cook from the beginner to the aficionado. Our resident chef as well as visiting chefs, cookbook authors, and others of note will teach both hands-on and demonstration classes. Our hands-on classes last approximately 2 ½ hours and include recipes, a generous sampling of all dishes prepared in class and delicious wines. The classes are informal and encourage interaction among students and with the chef instructor.
Classes are designed to share culinary techniques and use fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients, whenever possible. We'll explore influences from different cuisines, as well as play with the classics and take them to another level.
